well it's a new month and I'm still waiting for the bank to evaluate the property.
I believe this will now be a week on Monday. I sent the developers an email to offer a new payment plan of GBP 400 per month but received a harsh threatening response from the sales department. I know other owners on the complex are in the same boat.
I'll see what response I get tomorrow!
